we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and certificates (if any) must be intact.
• The request must be made within 4 days of receiving the product.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, or customised.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Customised or personalised jewellery.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
• Products showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

3. Exchange Process

1. Contact Us – Email us at info@allthatglitters.in or [email protected] within the exchange period.
2. Approval – Our team will confirm the eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.
3. Shipping Back – The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it back.
4. Inspection – Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
5. Replacement Dispatch – We will send your chosen replacement product within 7 working days.

4. Exchange Value

• Exchanges will be for products of equal or higher value.
• If the replacement product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
• If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the defect.
• We will arrange for a free replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
• In case of a free replacement due to damage or defect, All That Glitters will bear all shipping costs.
