This policy explains our guidelines for order cancellations and refunds, along with how they connect to our Return & Exchange Policy.


 

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order only before dispatch.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. You may, however, request an exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • If the payment has already been made and the order is canceled before dispatch, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Order canceled before dispatch.
  2. Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Important Notes:

  • For damaged/incorrect products, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo/video proof.
  • In most cases, we offer exchange or replacement instead of a refund, as detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
